Our name, Festen, means “celebration” or “feast” and our belief is that good food lies at the heart of any occasion worth celebrating whether that is a big family milestone, a treat for your co-workers or a well-deserved night off the cooking at the end of a busy week.

What qualifies us to look after your event? We have 15 years of experience catering for people around the world, in fine dining and Michelin star restaurants, luxury accommodation and private homes from Birmingham to London, Paris, Margaret River and Morzine. In 2018, we launched our own business at home in Birmingham.

 

Experience at this level in the industry might have given us all the tools to execute our ideas but our real expertise is as passionate eaters. To us, joy is fresh bread still warm from the oven, a Sunday roast enjoyed with family or that perfectly chilled bottle of wine in the garden with friends. We love the very real pleasure that even the simplest meal can bring us every day.

 

Time and experience has taught us that sometimes simple can be more difficult than complicated. Our proudest achievements include the perfect roast potato, impeccable flaky pastry and our divinely dark, mouth-coating chocolate torte.
