Our pies and quiches are among our hero products: one an icon of British cuisine and the other a French classic, both simple, tasty dishes that need little more than some vegetables or a salad to create a deliciously satisfying meal!

We are passionate about perfecting our handmade pies! In 2022 we were proud to win a coveted Great Taste Award for our Chicken Pie and our range has a sell-out following at the Edgbaston village market.
Our pies are individually portioned but we can make larger, family size pies on request- perfect for feeding family or friends.

quiches
Our long perfected traditional French quiches.
After living and working in France we understood there is so much to enjoy about a quiche, a food long overlooked in the UK and relegated to the 80s in the minds of many.
Our quiches are deep-filled and slow cooked so they are deliciously creamy and savoury.
Perfect with a well dressed salad for a quick lunch or light supper.
pork pies
We always have a project and 2022 was the year of the Pork Pie. We wanted to create a classic tasting pork pie you'd be proud to have in the fridge. We use British uncured pork shoulder seasoned with sea salt and white pepper, encased in a delicious traditional hot water crust pastry. We absolutely love a slice of our pork pie on a Saturday lunchtime or Sunday evening, enjoyed with a dollop of pickle.
